One of the best things about having a meal is when you are able to share it with those you love. We traveled the city of Biloxi, Mississippi to visit LaZendra’s sister, and it comes as no surprise that we were immediately researching places to eat. There were so many quaint and unique eateries in the area, and ultimately we decided on a restaurant called Patio 44. Upon entering, we immediately knew we had made the right decision. The atmosphere was so inviting, and the staff was kind and helpful. Let’s talk about the menu. Have you ever visited a restaurant that had so many options, you had a hard time choosing? Even with the shortened menu (due to the pandemic), there were still so many starters and entrees to pick from. Chef Sam Powell and his team did an exquisite job creating plates and pairings for every palate. From crawfish nachos, to southern style pot roast, to stuffed Po

’ boys, the options felt endless. With that, we did what any true food connoisseur would do. We each ordered an entree we wanted to try, and we asked for small plates for sharing. The food was absolutely delicious. They cut no corners on preparation and presentation. Patio 44 also has an extensive wine and cocktail list to compete with their food menu, so it is easy to find the perfect pairing to go with your meal. We had such a wonderful time eating, laughing, talking and sharing with each other. The entire experience was phenomenal, and this restaurant truly is casual dining at its finest.
